Rooms are available at the Holiday Inn Midtown-Montreal hotel which is located near the conference site. You must use this link to make your reservation and the conference's special rate will be applied automatically. Please note that the hotel's website isn't compatible with Internet Explorer 6. If you don't have access to another browser (Firefox, Chrome or a more recent version of Internet Explorer), you can make your reservation by calling 514-842-6111 and mentioning the group code CIQ.
Form and Method of Payment
By clicking on the register button, you will be redirected to a secure registration website. Payment is managed by Caisses Desjardins and can be completed using your Visa, Mastercard or American Express card.
For employees of government departments and agencies who are exempted from taxes and wish to receive an invoice, please use this form. The invoice will be sent via email. A copy of a Tax Exemption Certificate must be submitted with the application.
Confirmation and receipt
You will receive an automatic confirmation once you've completed your payment. Your official receipt will be sent to you by email.
Any cancellation of registration must be sent by email to Luc St-Pierre (firstname.lastname@example.org) before November 25 2011. Cancellation charges will be applied as indicated on the online payment website.
