The Canadian Century Research Infrastructure (CCRI) is a pan-Canadian, multi-disciplinary and multi-institutional effort to develop a set of interrelated databases centered on data from the 1911, 1921, 1931, 1941 and 1951 Canadian censuses. Researchers will be able to conduct studies of social, economic, cultural and political change to explain the making of modern Canada.
Since July 2010, four samples are available in RDC. An updated version of CCRI documentation was also provided with the 1931 Census sample delivery:

The project was funded by the Canada Foundation for Innovation, the provincial governments of Ontario, Quebec and British Columbia, the Harold Crabtree Foundation and the seven universities partners.
The database was created in partnership with: Statistics Canada, the Newfoundland Statistics Agency, the Library and Archives Canada, the Minnesota Population Centre and others.
