Registration fees

Special rates offered through May 6 2014.

Registration fees cover :

• participation in all sessions;
• simultaneous translation;
• three lunches;
• cocktails and coffee breaks.

Banquet

We invite you to attend the Conference Banquet in the heart of Old Montreal at the restaurant Auberge Saint-Gabriel. The Banquet begins at 7:30pm on May 7 with a welcoming cocktail followed by a gourmet meal served in a unique atmosphere in the Grenier of the Auberge Saint-Gabriel. The restaurant is located at 426 rue Saint-Gabriel in Montreal.

Accommodation (Discount on rooms available until April 13)

Rooms are available at the Best Western Ville-Marie Hotel & Suites. You can book a room by calling 1-800-361-7791 or directly on the Hotel website mentioning the group code PSIS. The Best Western Ville-Marie Hotel is located in the heart of downtown Montreal and is two Metro stations away from the conference venue, which is also accessible by bus 24.

Payment method

By clicking on the registration button, you will be redirected to a secure registration website. Payment is managed by Caisses Desjardins and can be completed using your Visa, Mastercard or American Express card.

Cancellation Policy

Any cancellation of registration must be sent by email to Luc St-Pierre (l.st-pierre@umontreal.ca) before May 2 2014. Cancellation charges will be applied as indicated on the online payment website.
